Support a foreign technology company operating in Normandy without the local specialist network required for a cleanroom project.
Mandate and intervention
Sourced the required specialists, coordinated the operation, then returned for hands-on inventory and labeling work.
Result
The mandate moved from business matchmaking to coordination and field execution.

Problem
Post-restructuring SME: key people gone, strategic clients (CEA, CNRS, INFN) at risk, single US supplier for a critical technology.
Mandate and intervention
Three senior roles held simultaneously: project procurement, business development, supply chain. ITAR/BIS-711 compliance. Recalled by the client for a phase 2.
Result
Client continuity secured, €200-500K monthly projects negotiated, 100+ pages of operational documentation.

Pernod Ricard HQ · crisis management

Problem
The group's first last-mile transport RFP across 28 European countries, failing after a tier-1 consulting firm's involvement. Nobody at the board could lose face.
Mandate and intervention
Five-layer failure diagnosis, data foundations rebuilt before any decision, 200+ stakeholders aligned, direct board reporting.
Result
Crisis stopped, foundations rebuilt, project back on track.

LOGATOM · radioactive transport

Problem
Consolidate a fragmented radioactive transport market through a build-up strategy.
Mandate and intervention
Co-founder and special advisor: five companies integrated (€1-7M revenue), industrial nuclear prospecting, board member.
Result
Group built. Clean negotiated exit after the shareholder family succession.

Airspace Technologies · US startup

Problem
Structure the Europe/APAC transport procurement of a time-critical logistics startup, hired on investor recommendation.
Mandate and intervention
Network of 500+ partners audited and extended, proprietary AI updated to international transport standards, teams trained. AOG case study: rebuilt a transport supplier's Australia and New Zealand network for a European aerospace manufacturer's time-critical flows.
Result
European network hardened, antipodes AOG corridor restored, APAC expansion mapped.

time:matters · Lufthansa Cargo

Problem
Disintermediate a client base that was 86% freight forwarders and reclaim EMEA market share against DHL and TNT.
Mandate and intervention
Direct industrial sales offensive, executive board member for operational quality, EMEA budgeting.
Result
+€23M revenue in three years, direct industrial clients from 14% to 40%.

Problem
Run the spare-parts logistics for engines and vessels shipped worldwide, NFO urgencies included.
Mandate and intervention
Inventory and stock management, packing and shipping, quality system contributor (KANBAN, 5S).
Result
The New Zealand quality standard added to the toolbox.

GEODIS · New York

Operational · 2013 · Nuclear Americas
Problem
Prove to the Paris headquarters that the US nuclear market existed. Zero references, zero network to start.
Mandate and intervention
Won AREVA, Westinghouse, and Toshiba. Recruited and trained a six-person team from a New Jersey operating base for a US-wide market mission.
Result
Revenue from $10K to $4.5M a year in ten months. Subsidiary legitimized, transatlantic corridors opened.

The foundations · nuclear fieldwork

Problem
Twenty years in environments where the slightest mistake is expensive: the bedrock.
Mandate and intervention
Areva NP (2008-2010): €3.5M yearly nuclear transport procurement, dual-use export control. STSI (2011-2012), then a GEODIS subsidiary and today part of Orano: licensed radioactive warehouse, CEA dismantling contracts, 15 security-cleared ADR Class 7 drivers, then European reactor maintenance flows out of Belgium. NCT: first LOGISTIZE mission (2019), dangerous goods, defense authorities, logistics supervision of a radioactive source dismantling project for the IAEA (Antonov-12 charter). Framatome Romans-sur-Isère (2020), EDF group: fifteen days covering at short notice for a key resource on shipment planning, in the middle of an activist mobilization outside the site.
Result
Non-negotiable regulatory discipline, learned where it forgives nothing. At Romans the shipments went out: fifteen days, no gap in the plan. The same house twelve years apart, under two different owners.

Schneider Electric · Naval Group and solar

Problem
Hold the project supply chain of the Project Engineering Center at short notice: spare parts for DCNS (Naval Group) vessels, a solar plant in Saudi Arabia.
Mandate and intervention
Project procurement and supply chain, export control, inventory management.
Result
Flows held, the replacement covered without a break.
