I started in the field.
I keep going back.
You do not climb the ranks without solid foundations. They have called me The Fixer since a Westinghouse sourcing director watched me hold a room of twelve executives alone. The name came from her, not from me. I kept it because it tells the truth: I get the call when things are on fire.
The story
Twenty years, about forty countries, four continents. I sorted parcels in Australia, managed inventory at STMicroelectronics, learned the last mile in applied research. Then nuclear: transport buyer at Framatome, running a licensed radioactive warehouse with fifteen security-cleared drivers, New York to prove the US nuclear market existed. It did: times 450 in ten months. Then the executive board at Lufthansa Cargo time:matters, co-founding a radioactive transport holding, and interim missions. LOGISTIZE has existed since 2019 for one simple reason: the situations I fix belong to no job description.

FIELDWhy it matters to you
This career is not a stack of resume lines, it is a method. At small scale I learned to see the whole organism; at large scale, to dissect a single flow in depth. Together, that is "dock to boardroom": I talk to the forklift driver in the morning and the board in the afternoon, without changing substance, and that is exactly what is missing when a project is heading into the wall.
The unclassifiable, owned
Recruiters never know where to file me: too field for a strategist, too strategic for an operator, too entrepreneurial for an employee. They are right, and that is precisely why I get called. I am not a profile, I am a mission man: the crisis, the blank page, the study that commits. Three reasons to call, no job description.
Non-negotiables
Word kept. If I say Monday, it is Monday. One summer heatwave, a CEO called: "the layoff plan just hit, can you take over procurement, transport and contracts? When? Now." Monday I was on site. He went on vacation with a clear mind. In this trade, trust is that and nothing else.
Pragmatism. No 80-slide decks, no stage jargon. A diagnosis, a plan, execution, a handover. If a truth is uncomfortable, it goes on the table anyway: soft consensus costs more than candor. And when the mission succeeds, I step back.
Human, no posturing. I am a caregiver, and I work to make mental health speakable in our industries. I have sponsored boxer Souris Manfredi since 2019. Two mentors made me, both gone now: expertise is worthless if it dies with you. That is also why I document everything and hand it over.
