I started in the field.
I keep going back.

You do not reach the boardroom without solid foundations. They have called me The Fixer since a Westinghouse sourcing director watched me hold a room of twelve executives alone. The name came from her, not from me. I kept it because it describes the assignments I accept: urgent, unstructured, and operationally exposed.

The story

Twenty years, about forty countries across four continents. I sorted parcels in Australia, managed inventory at STMicroelectronics, and studied the last mile through applied research. Then came nuclear transport procurement at Areva, responsibility for a radioactive-material warehouse with fifteen security-cleared drivers, and a move to New York to develop the US nuclear market from a New Jersey base. Revenue grew from $10,000 to $4.5 million a year in ten months. Ten years later the same house, by then Framatome under EDF, called me back to run transport planning at the site that makes fuel for the French fleet. In between came the executive board at Lufthansa Cargo time:matters, co-founding a radioactive transport group, and interim operations. LOGISTIZE has existed since 2019 because the situations I solve rarely fit a standard job description.

Why it matters to you

This career is not a stack of resume lines. It is a method. At small scale, I learned to see the whole operation. At large scale, I learned to isolate the flow that matters. "Dock to boardroom" means I can work with the forklift driver in the morning and the executive committee in the afternoon without changing the facts.

The unclassifiable, owned

Too field-oriented for a conventional strategist, too strategic for a conventional operator, too entrepreneurial for a narrow role. That is precisely why I get called. Depending on the mandate, I can investigate, introduce trusted specialists, coordinate, direct part of an operation, or execute the work myself.

France and the rest of the map

I go abroad when the answer requires someone on the ground. In France, I help foreign teams navigate the administrative and cultural system I know from the inside. After circling the world several times, I can confirm both things at once: France is an administrative jungle, and it remains a magnificent place to build, produce, and operate.

Non-negotiables

Word kept. If I say Monday, it is Monday. One summer heatwave, a CEO called: "the layoff plan just hit, can you take over procurement, transport and contracts? When? Now." Monday I was on site. He went on vacation with a clear mind. In this trade, trust is that and nothing else.

Pragmatism. No 80-slide decks, no stage jargon. A diagnosis, a plan, execution, a handover. If a truth is uncomfortable, it goes on the table anyway: soft consensus costs more than candor. And when the mission succeeds, I step back.

Human, no posturing. I am a caregiver, and I work to make mental health speakable in our industries. I have sponsored boxer Souris Manfredi since 2019. Two mentors made me, both gone now: expertise is worthless if it dies with you. That is also why I document everything and hand it over.
