The role you need doesn't exist on any org chart.
That's exactly where I work.

20 years in the field on supply chains where stopping is not an option: nuclear, defense, cryogenics, semiconductors. Entering the French market, or losing grip on your cross-border flows? You found your fixer.

Exhibit 01 · The bridge

Both sides, both directions

Foreign companies call me to operate in France. French groups call me to operate where nobody else will go.

Entering France or the EU. A US group moving three metrology production lines into a cleanroom in Normandy has no local contacts, no address book, no read on local customs. I am their eyes, their legs, and their network on the ground. Fully bilingual, boardroom level: Pernod Ricard hired me precisely for that.

Going where nobody wants to go. I sourced carriers in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Israel, Romania, and Hungary: seven countries in six months, no network, no safety net. For Leonardo Helicopters AOG flows, I rebuilt a transport supplier's network in Australia and New Zealand. A grounded aircraft does not negotiate.

What you actually want to know

How fast can you be operational?
Within 48 hours for a transport crisis. Interim missions usually start within two weeks. The first 15-minute call is often available the same day.
Do you work in regulated and classified environments?
Yes: civil and military nuclear, dangerous goods (ADR Class 7), export control and dual-use (ITAR, BIS-711), French defense industrial base authorities. I have held a defense clearance. First rule of these environments: you don't talk about what you don't talk about.
What happens after the first call?
15 minutes: you expose the situation, I tell you whether I am the right profile. If yes, I propose a short diagnostic with a deliverable: your problem named and quantified. If not, I say so, and if the right profile is in my network, you get the name.

What keeps you up at night about your flows?
